As product design is our primary focus, freecom wireless is always researching active and preliminary status components and subassemblies for integration into new products.

Despite having a vast knowledge of the industry and access to many recognized sources that include distributors and manufacturer direct representatives, as a new product design company we occasionally encounter difficulty in sourcing components that meet a particular requirement and for this reason we have created an RFQ page for suppliers in order to identify new and emerging options more easily.  We are currently seeking the following components, please contact us with additional information if your company produces the following items:

VHF small signal transistors: (current status -- for prototype redesign due to component obsolescence, seeking alternatives)

• 20-30 dBm output, 12-20dB typical gain, 150-500+ MHz

• high linearity and low noise figure silicon NPN BJT or equivalent

• micro/macro-X or through hole package preferred

• authentic components from original manufacturer, active production status, Canadian representation preferred

TLS 1.3 onward web proxy: (current status -- open to product with stated features)

• preferably hardware based ethernet appliance

• must forward external client IP address on a transactional basis

• must support http(s) to https(TLS 1.3 onward) translation

Note to suppliers:  With the irony of challenging economic times during the age of globalized supply and internet information, freecomwireless.com no longer supports the "online vending machine" business model and encourages you to reintroduce yourself or your company by sending us a descriptive email even if you are a past supplier of any type whether it be components, logistics, software/CAD applications or other.  Building trusted business relationships is imperative for our success and our objective is to expend resources, whether ours or yours, exclusively on meaningful and gainful opportunities.  Please follow this page for regular updates.   This page is not intended for job postings.  Thank you!
